Indulge in Love with a Central Mexican Flair at Descanso Restaurant

Experience a celebration of love with a Central Mexican twist at Descanso Restaurant, where the main dining room will be transformed into a romantic setting enhanced by live music. Indulge in Executive Chef Jose Angulo’s exquisite "Sharing Menu for Two", priced at $95 for a couple, which includes two complimentary glasses of champagne. Begin your culinary journey with a starter course featuring Corn Poblano Soup, a rich blend of Mexican sweet corn, poblano pepper, Anaheim chiles, sour cream, garlic, onion, white rice, and smoky morita chile powder.
Followed by an Arugula Red Beet Salad boasting baby arugula, lemon oregano dressing, queso fresco, red onion, cooked red beets, and watermelon radish. The highlight of the meal is La Tablita de Dos, presenting a 10 oz. ribeye steak, an 8 oz. main lobster tail, four jumbo shrimp with garlic morita chile butter, nopal asado chiles, blistered onions, white rice, refried pinto beans, and corn tortillas.
Conclude your intimate dinner with a slice of Arroz Con Leche Cheesecake. Complement your meal with Descanso’s signature Valentine’s Day cocktail or indulge in a tequila flight featuring a carefully curated selection of three premium tequilas. In addition to the special “Sharing Menu for Two”, Descanso’s regular dining and Plancha Room menu will be available for guests throughout the evening.
Limited seating is available for the special menu, and reservations are highly recommended, while walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
